Vance Hatch is an experienced technology executive and CEO of Innov8ion.AI, bringing deep expertise in information technology, business strategy, AI, and product management. With an MBA from Texas A&M and a career spanning enterprise technology leadership, digital transformation, and strategic IT management, Vance has led organizations through complex technology transitions, from banking systems migrations to enterprise-scale digital initiatives. As CEO of Innov8ion.AI, he leads the company's mission to help enterprise leaders unlock the transformative potential of AI, purposefully and at scale. His leadership combines strategic vision with hands-on operational discipline, ensuring that every AI initiative delivers measurable results.

Dr. Mark R. Hatch is an award-winning innovation leader, entrepreneur, and educator whose career spans Fortune 500 advisory, venture-backed startups, and academia. He teaches digital transformation and innovation strategy at Pepperdine University's Graziadio Business School and has served as faculty at Singularity University.
