Privacy Policy

Effective Date: April 26, 2026 | Last Updated: July 18, 2026

Innov8ion.AI ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website (innov8ion.ai) or engage with our services.

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

Information Collected Automatically

Information from Third Parties

Payment and Financial Information

When you provide a payment method to reserve or maintain a paid subscription with us, we collect and store: (i) the payment token issued by our payment processor for your payment method; (ii) the card brand (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or other network), the last four digits of the payment card number, and the card expiration month and year; (iii) the billing postal code and country associated with the payment method; and (iv) the date on which you provided the payment method and the plan you associated it with. We do not collect, transmit, or store the full payment card number, the card verification value (CVV, CVC, or CVV2), or the cardholder's magnetic-stripe or chip data. These sensitive elements are entered directly into a form served by our payment processor, transmitted directly to the processor, and never handled by Innov8ion.AI's systems.

If your jurisdiction's privacy law recognizes payment or financial information as a separate statutory category (for example, "financial information" under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, California Civil Code section 1798.140(v)(1)(D), or "financial data" under other state consumer-privacy statutes), this category is disclosed under that classification.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

3. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

Payment Processing (Stripe, Inc.)

We use Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates ("Stripe") as our payment processor and payment services subprocessor. When you provide a payment method to Innov8ion.AI, your payment card details are collected directly by Stripe through a Stripe-hosted iframe or Stripe Checkout page embedded within the Innov8ion.AI signup flow. Stripe transmits back to Innov8ion.AI only a payment token and the non-sensitive metadata described in the "Payment and Financial Information" category above. Stripe processes your payment card information on our behalf to authorize card storage at signup, to charge your payment method on the announced launch date, and to charge your payment method on each subsequent renewal for as long as your subscription remains active. Stripe is contractually bound as a service provider under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended and as a data processor under the EU General Data Protection Regulation for the personal information we share with them for this purpose. For Stripe's own privacy practices, see stripe.com/privacy.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Specifically:

When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

Payment and financial information (as defined in the "Categories of Personal Information We Collect" section) is retained for as long as you maintain an active subscription with us, plus a period reasonably necessary after cancellation to complete required chargeback, refund, tax, and fraud-investigation obligations, and, in any case, no longer than seven (7) years after the last transaction on the payment method, consistent with U.S. federal and state financial recordkeeping requirements. Payment tokens for canceled or removed payment methods are deleted from Innov8ion.AI's active systems within thirty (30) days of the removal event.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Privacy Rights

For All Users

Additional Rights Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

To submit a CCPA request, contact us at the details in Section 10. We will verify your identity before processing your request and respond within 45 days.

Additional Rights Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you have the right to:

Our legal bases for processing under GDPR include: performance of a contract, legitimate interests (improving our services and communicating with prospects), compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where applicable.

You may exercise your right to request deletion of your Payment and Financial Information at any time by canceling your subscription (which removes the associated payment token from our active systems within thirty (30) days) or by contacting us at the address listed in the "Contact Us" section. Deletion of payment tokens does not automatically delete other categories of personal information associated with your account; to request deletion of your account and all associated personal information, please follow the instructions in the "Right to Delete" or equivalent section above.
