A completed Research Services engagement produces a validated AI feasibility brief: the specific use cases most likely to generate ROI in your environment, a build versus buy recommendation for each, a data readiness assessment, and a prioritized roadmap for Advisory or Enablement. You get a decision ready document, not a slide deck.
Typically 2 to 3 weeks for a focused feasibility engagement. Larger scope work (multi division, multi geography) may extend to 4 to 6 weeks.
That finding is the service working correctly. We tell you what the evidence shows. If your data infrastructure is not ready, we outline what it would take to get there, and at what cost. You make the call. We do not recommend builds that are not ready.
